George Dannecker

President/CEO

Mr. Dannecker founded Vette in February 2004. Prior to founding Vette Corp, he was CEO and President of TeraConnect, Inc., a venture funded spin-out from Lockheed Martin which focused on telecommunications and data communications products. Mr. Dannecker was also President and COO of Aavid Thermalloy, where he globalized manufacturing and expanded operations into England, Singapore, Taiwan and China. The company grew to a 2,500 employee manufacturing business with 13 global sales and manufacturing facilities and revenues of more than $300 Million. Mr. Dannecker has held management positions at ACME Electric Corporation, Gould, Inc. and was co-founder of Concord Communications. He is an accomplished speaker and has presented and been published on a number of issues of concern to the electronics industry. Mr. Dannecker has a Bachelors Degree in Engineering and Management from Clarkson University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Matthew Towse

Chief Financial Officer

Matthew Towse joined Vette Corp in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Vette, Mr. Towse was Senior Vice President and CFO of Fairchild Semiconductor International, Inc. where he was responsible for all financial matters of this Fortune 1000, NYSE-listed Company. He drove a major project to re-align the legal entity structure reducing transfer price risk, allowing better portability of technology, and providing a more tax-efficient structure. In addition, Mr. Towse executed a significant restructuring project, closing manufacturing facilities and other production lines, reducing the company's fixed cost base by $40 million and exiting mature product lines. He is a Certified Public Accountant in both Ohio and California and has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Jack Hillson

Chief Operating Officer

Jack Hillson joined Vette in 2006 as Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Vette, Mr. Hillson was President and COO of Xytrans where he implemented business systems required to move the company from an engineering start-up to a company producing commercial quantities of products supporting three lines of business. From 2002 from 2004 he was CEO of Nitronex where he led the senior management team, recovering the company from a technical failure and potential closing. From 2001 to 2002 he was Vice President of Operations for TeraConnect where he worked closely with the company Board of Directors to commercialize a 48 channel, 2-dimensional, 150 Gbps VCSEL-based optical transceiver in 12 months. From 1999 to 2001 he was Vice President of Corning Lasertron, Inc. where he had operational responsibility for a Solid State Laser Manufacturing site with fiscal year 2000 revenues of $100M. Mr. Hillson has a Bachelors degree in Physics from Florida Institute of Technology and an MBA from River College.

Shlomo Novotny

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Novotny joined Vette Corp. as its Chief Technology Officer in 2006. As a world-recognized leader in electronic and computer systems cooling, including the physical technology, mechanical, thermal, and power architecture, and data center cooling, he is one of the few industry experts in electronic cooling and packaging to be distinguished as an A.S.M.E. Fellow.

Mr. Novotny's experience spans over 25 years, leading multi-discipline international development teams delivering cutting edge technology and products exceeding technical requirements with Aavid Thermalloy, Sun Microsystems, DEC, Codex, Magnavox, and Bell Laboratories. Mr. Novotny is a co-founder of the ASHRAE TC 9.9 technical committee whose mission is to create industry standards for data center cooling, and was an influential member of the PCI and InfiniBand industry committees that defined new interconnect bus architecture standards. He holds 16 patents to date, with several patents pending. He is the author of several publications across the industry. Mr. Novotny is an A.S.M.E. Fellow, an I.E.E.E. senior member, and a member of I.M.A.P.S., ASHRAE-TC 9.9.

He has earned Masters and Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York.

James Chen

President and Chief Executive Officer of Vette Asia

James Chen joined Vette with the acquisition of Eumax in 2004. While at Eumax, he successfully grew revenue to $14 Million. His extensive experience in the Asian thermal market helped him rapidly grow Eumax as a major supplier to leading OEM's. Mr. Chen founded Birchtek in 1991. Birchtek was a trading company to the Taiwan military market and represented a number of Japanese, European and American companies. In 1993, Mr. Chen recognized the growing need for thermal solutions in the IT market and invented the CPU cooler which became the foundation for a majority of computer cooling solutions. In 1996, he formed a joint venture with Aavid Thermal Technologies and became the Asian President when Aavid bought out his share of the joint venture. As Asian President, Mr. Chen led the company's Asia initiatives, building major manufacturing facilities for heat sinks, fans, and CPU coolers while generating $50M in revenue by 1999.
