Heat Pipes and Assemblies
A heat pipe is a passive device that can quickly transfer heat from one point to another. Capillary action conducts heat transfer more effectively than copper or any other material. There are three common capillary structures, Powder, Groove, and Mesh, with different thermal conductivities. Out of the three structures, Powder provides the highest durability and flexibility when integrated with thin vapor tubes under different conditions and requirements.
