Aluma Cop Heat Sinks

Vette's aluma-cop flat tube cold plate designs provide a space saving solution for high power densities. The 1.3" wide copper tube can be used independently for spot cooling applications or for IGBT cooling. The tube's internal fin structure increases heat transfer without a drastic increase in pressure drop. The tube can also be embedded in aluminum plate for lateral component cooling.
