Folded fins are made from a continuous convoluted sheet metal stamping and attached to a heat sink base by either epoxy, solder or braze. Challenging height, width and fin thickness restrictions make folded fin a practical and flexible thermal solution product. We offer complete capability to manufacture folded fin in either aluminum or copper.
