Vette's aluma-cop flat tube cold plate designs offer a space saving solution for high power density problems. The 1.3" wide copper tube can be arrayed for IGBT cooling or utilized singularly for spot cooling applications. The internal fin structure of the tube creates increased thermal transfer into the cooling fluid without a drastic increase in pressure drop. The tube can also be embedded in aluminum plate for lateral component cooling.
