With today's power devices becoming smaller and more powerful, liquid cooling is coming to the forefront as the best thermal solution. Packaging can be compact and cooling paths can be optimized to meet even the most complex device layout.

Vette's precision tube-forming capabilities can open up designs to virtually limitless configurations. Cold plates can be manufactured out of aluminum, copper or both. Folded fin can be added internally for enhanced cooling. Vette's Applications Engineers will work with you to specify pumps, heat exchangers and chillers for a complete cooling system.
